Pro Service Maintenance Program
We at Pro North Heating understand that life as a business owner–or just in general–gets busy and maintenance on plumbing and heating equipment is often neglected. This can result in unnecessary equipment breakdowns causing unwanted repair charges. The Pro Service Maintenance Program was created to limit these charges. By signing up for this program, not only will you automatically receive 10% OFF labour for all maintenance and repair calls, but we will also create a customized maintenance schedule based on your equipment's requirements. We offer programs for both commercial and residential customers.
Commercial program includes:
- Free initial consultation with a certified technician to review your equipment, such as:
- Rooftop Units
- Boilers
- Garage shop heaters
- Exhaust fans
- Air exchangers
- Water softener
- Filtration systems
- Quarterly filter changes and general maintenance (frequency may vary)
- Annual 38 point service on all equipment
Residential programs includes:
- Free initial consultation with a certified technician to review your equipment
- A list of filter sizes and recommended replacement schedule to do yourself
- Annual 28 point service on all equipment
